A much safer way to rehab.Perfect Therapy Bands™ with Safety Sleeve Technology™ by FitCord™ are available in 7 color-coded levels of resistance 3, 7, 12, 18, 25, 40 and 55 pounds. Never worry about a band snapping and hitting you in the face or other body part or having the latex band come directly in contact with the skin. They provide both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. Color-coded resistance gives the exerciser documentation of progress from one level to the next.
Perfect Therapy Bands™ are designed to use in multiple places by having large webbing loops on each end. Easy to slip your hand through the loop and grab the webbing, wrap around a stationary pole, table leg or put your foot through the loop. Each Therapy Band has 1 small loop to go around the wrist or to grab in the hand a larger loop to wrap around a door hinge or table leg. The 20" Band stretches up to 60".
